What are your brain health goals?
Take Two Minute to Clarify What Matters Most for Your Brain Health
One of the most powerful questions we can ask is: What are your brain health goals right now?
When we know the direction we’re moving toward, it becomes much easier to choose the habits, supports, and training that actually make a difference.
Some goals we hear often from our community include:
- A more emotionally healthy family environment
- Better focus and clarity (especially with ADHD)
- More joy and resilience day-to-day
- Better memory and a sharper mind as we age
- Less anxiety and less worrying
- Recovery and support after head injury or prolonged stress
- Feeling calmer and more regulated under pressure
There’s no single “right” goal — but identifying yours helps set the course.
Example: If your goal is longevity & healthy aging
Research shows you'll get most by prioritizing:
- Protecting sleep quality
- Lowering chronic stress load
- Strengthening meaningful relationships
Possible add-ons:
- Start a consistent sleep hygiene routine
- Use neurofeedback training to help the brain shift out of stress patterns
- Schedule one regular “friend date” each week or month
Example: If your goal is a more emotionally healthy family
You might consider:
- Neurofeedback training twice weekly for each participating family member
- Looking honestly at the biggest stressors in your family's current schedule — and removing one or two where possible
- Reducing sugar or ultra-processed foods gradually (for example, 10% less each month)
- Spending just 5 intentional minutes daily connecting physically — hugs, shared laughter, or simply being present together
Small shifts, done consistently, change direction over time.
